The discharge unit of our patented vibronet® vibration dampener is working with a volumetric discharge system. This discharger can also be used as a volumetric throughput scale. The discharger is more or less build like a rotary air lock.
1x revolution of the vibronet machine discharger (= 360 °) equals - depending on the size of the machine and hectolitre weight of the product - a special amount of kilogram of this product per revolution.
The VIB-TS is part of the VIB-MMS©, an automatic moisture control and water dosage system for all free flowing cereals and pulses to ensure a constant moisture level in grain and end products for optimal plant performance.
